EmailBuilder.in is designed to help users create email HTML. It is not an email sending platform, email marketing automation tool, CRM, subscriber management system, inbox provider, or campaign delivery service.
You are responsible for how you use the HTML, images, links, templates, and exported files generated through EmailBuilder.in.
Free Tool and Availability
EmailBuilder.in is currently provided as a free tool. We may modify, improve, restrict, suspend, discontinue, or change any part of the website or editor at any time.
We do not guarantee that EmailBuilder.in will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every browser, device, operating system, hosting setup, or email workflow.

No Account Requirement
EmailBuilder.in currently does not require users to create an account or sign in to use the basic editor.

Editor Usage
You may use the EmailBuilder.in editor to create, edit, preview, copy, and export email HTML layouts for personal, professional, freelance, agency, business, educational, or marketing-related purposes.
You are responsible for reviewing the content, links, images, layout, accessibility, responsiveness, and compatibility of your email before using it in any real campaign or communication.
We may collect first-party editor usage analytics, but you remain responsible for the content, images, links, and HTML you create, preview, copy, download, export, publish, or send using EmailBuilder.in.
You should not use the editor to create illegal, harmful, misleading, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or spam-related content.
Exported HTML
EmailBuilder.in may allow you to export HTML files, image folders, template files, or related assets. Exported files are provided for your convenience and should be tested before production use.
Email HTML can behave differently across email clients, devices, apps, browsers, and rendering engines. Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, Yahoo Mail, mobile mail apps, and other clients may interpret HTML, CSS, images, spacing, dark mode, fonts, and responsive behavior differently.
We aim to generate practical, structured, and email-friendly HTML, but we do not guarantee perfect rendering in every email client, app, device, inbox, or future version of any email platform.

Templates and Starter Layouts
EmailBuilder.in may include sample templates, starter layouts, demo content, placeholder images, example copy, and predefined blocks to help you begin creating email layouts.
Templates and starter layouts are provided as examples and starting points only. You are responsible for editing, reviewing, testing, and adapting them for your own brand, audience, legal requirements, and campaign purpose.
You may use exported layouts for your own projects or client work, but you may not copy, repackage, resell, redistribute, or present EmailBuilder.in’s template library, editor interface, assets, or design system as a competing product or standalone template marketplace.
Smart Create usage
Smart Create is provided to help users generate editable email layouts from content, documents, images, and public image URLs that they provide. The generated output is intended as a starting layout and should be reviewed, edited, tested, and verified by the user before use in any email campaign.
You are responsible for the content, images, links, brand assets, and external image URLs you provide through Smart Create. You should ensure that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any uploaded or linked assets.
Smart Create may not always detect content sections, image roles, links, or layout requirements perfectly. You should review the generated email in the editor before exporting or sending it.
If you use external image URLs, those images depend on the original hosting source. EmailBuilder.in is not responsible for broken, blocked, changed, expired, or unavailable external image URLs.
Smart Create does not guarantee email client compatibility for every possible design, content, image, or external asset. Users should test exported HTML emails in their intended email clients before sending.
AI Create Terms
By using AI Create on EmailBuilder.in, you agree to the following terms.
AI Create Feature
AI Create allows users to generate editable email templates using AI. The generated output is intended to open in the EmailBuilder.in editor for further editing, previewing, and HTML export.
AI Create includes two modes:
- Generate Free
- Use own API key
Generate Free
Generate Free allows limited AI-generated email creation without requiring users to provide their own API key.
Generate Free may be limited, changed, paused, restricted, or discontinued at any time based on usage, provider availability, quota limits, model availability, technical constraints, or misuse prevention.
EmailBuilder.in does not guarantee that Generate Free will always be available or that a specific AI model will always be used.
Use Own API Key
Use own API key allows users to generate email templates using their own AI provider API key.
Supported providers may include OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or other providers added in the future.
When you use your own API key:
- You are responsible for the API key you provide.
- You are responsible for any usage, billing, quota, limits, or restrictions from your selected provider.
- EmailBuilder.in does not control your AI provider account, billing, usage limits, or service availability.
- EmailBuilder.in does not store your API key.
User Content
You are responsible for the prompts, text, files, images, design references, and other content you provide while using AI Create.
You should not upload or submit content that you do not have the right to use. You should also avoid submitting sensitive, confidential, personal, regulated, or legally restricted information unless you understand and accept the risks of sending that content to an AI provider.
Third-Party AI Providers
AI Create may send your prompt, uploaded files, images, design references, and related generation instructions to third-party AI providers to generate the requested output.
Use of third-party AI providers is subject to their own terms, privacy policies, usage rules, rate limits, and billing policies.
EmailBuilder.in is not responsible for third-party provider decisions, outages, errors, rate limits, billing, data handling practices, or generated output.
AI-Generated Output
AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable, or require manual editing. EmailBuilder.in does not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, legally compliant, error-free, or suitable for your specific purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing and validating the generated email before using it, including:
- Text and claims

Email Compatibility
AI Create attempts to generate EmailBuilder-compatible templates using email-safe structures and styles. However, email client rendering can vary across platforms such as Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and others.
You should preview and test your exported HTML before sending it through any email platform or campaign tool.
Prohibited Use
You may not use AI Create to generate harmful, unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, spam-related, or deceptive content.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI Create complies with applicable laws, email marketing rules, platform policies, and third-party rights.
Availability and Errors
AI Create may fail, return errors, or be unavailable due to provider issues, API key errors, quota limits, rate limits, technical problems, unsupported files, or invalid responses from AI providers.
EmailBuilder.in may show provider-related error messages where available, but does not guarantee that all errors can be fully explained or resolved.
Changes to AI Create
EmailBuilder.in may update, limit, modify, or remove AI Create features at any time to improve performance, security, reliability, cost control, or user experience.
User Content
User content includes any text, images, logos, links, buttons, HTML, layouts, brand assets, campaign content, uploaded files, image URLs, or other material that you add, create, edit, preview, copy, or export using EmailBuilder.in.
You retain responsibility for your user content. You must ensure that you have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and approvals to use any content you add to EmailBuilder.in.
You must not upload, link, create, or export content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy rights, contains unlawful material, misleads recipients, impersonates others, or violates applicable laws.
We are not responsible for user content created, copied, exported, downloaded, hosted, sent, or published by users.
Images, Logos, Icons, and Brand Assets

EmailBuilder.in does not send emails on your behalf. It does not provide campaign automation, subscriber management, segmentation, deliverability monitoring, inbox placement, email authentication, SMTP delivery, or marketing automation services.
If you use exported HTML with another email platform, email service provider, CRM, automation tool, or sending system, your use of that service is governed by that provider’s own terms, policies, and technical requirements.
Browser, Device, and Email Client Differences
The visual editor, preview, copied HTML, downloaded HTML, and final email rendering may not always look identical. Differences may occur because browsers and email clients support HTML and CSS differently.
Some email clients may remove, rewrite, ignore, or alter certain HTML, CSS, images, fonts, media queries, background images, dark mode styles, spacing, forms, scripts, or interactive behavior.

Dark Mode and Responsive Behavior
EmailBuilder.in may provide dark mode, responsive preview, mobile stacking, or related features to help you design more flexible email layouts.
Dark mode and responsive behavior can vary widely across email clients. Some clients may support dark mode styles, some may partially support them, and some may override colors automatically.
We do not guarantee that dark mode, responsive behavior, background images, fonts, spacing, or layout rules will behave identically across all email clients.
Third-Party Services and Platforms

Limitation of Liability
